As each piece is made to order, most orders ship within a week or two. Arrangements can be made for a rush order, however, a premium will be added to the cost of the item. Please call or e-mail Jennifer if you wish to place a rush on an order.

Returns for credit are accepted and can be applied toward the purchase of any other item or Gift Certificate. Custom orders, however, are special to you and cannot be cancelled or returned for credit.

Sales Tax of 8.75% will be added to all orders shipped within the State of California.
