Linda Da Pra established Casalinda Studio after receiving her BA in Applied Design from San Diego State University.  Although her first love had always been sculpture using the lost wax technique, Linda became enamored with fabricating small metal art pieces after taking her first jewelry class. 

Realizing that she could reach more people with her miniature creations, she began creating little “sculptures” in both organic and geometric forms.

Linda is “drawn to the dichotomy between the rough imperfect elements that exist in nature and beautifully fashioned metal art.  Melding the two successfully is the quest that propels, inspires and challenges me.“
