Linda Da Pra established Casalinda Studio after receiving her BA in Applied Design from San Diego State University. Although her first love had always been sculpture using the lost wax technique, Linda became enamored with fabricating small metal art pieces after taking her first jewelry class.
Realizing that she could reach more people with her miniature creations, she began creating little “sculptures” in both organic and geometric forms.
Linda’s respect for the environment and her commitment to produce only “eco-friendly” work is the catalyst that inspires her constructions. She creates work that is in harmony with her values and uses only:
Casalinda Studio donates several times a year to Designers 4 Africa, a place for designers and small businesses to connect and give back. www.designers4africa.org
